Cancellation Policy: We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancelled booking 3 days before arrival - 40% of balance. Less than 3 days - 80% of balance. If you cancel/curtail during your booking, the full amount will be charged. Bookings can sometimes be carried over without loss. We do not take credit/debit cards as final balance payments. However you can pay deposits or the full amount by clicking on the "Buy Now" Pay Pal button on the Availabilities page.
